Job Summary
Welcome customers, manage appointment flow, and resolve conflicts via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while adapting styles to suit individual needs. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, inspect alterations for quality control, and escort clients to and from fittings. Process special orders, manage inventory pick-ups, and maintain store standards including cleanliness and promotional readiness. Escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager and ensure all transactions meet cash wrap behaviors. This role supports the Alterations department to deliver five-star service and build long-term customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
