Job Summary
The Alterations CSR role focuses on delivering a five-star customer service experience in the alterations department, welcoming customers over multiple channels, scheduling/handling appointments, pressing and finishing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. Responsibilities include using all systems to manage customer flow, promoting alterations services and personalization options, maintaining store standards and quality control of altered garments, assisting with inventory/support and processing transactions at the cash wrap, and collaborating with the Alterations Manager to address customer issues while delivering exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
