Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while managing appointment schedules and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, then inspect altered items for quality control before delivery. Escort clients to and from alterations, process special orders and pickups, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Support inventory management and cash wrap transactions to ensure accurate service. Escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager and uphold store standards for promotional readiness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
