Job Summary
Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides an A+ customer experience in the Alterations department, welcoming and servicing customers, scheduling appointments, pressing garments, ensuring items are ready for pickup, and assisting with inquiries over phone, virtual chats, and in person. The role supports multiple customers, adheres to service vows, promotes alterations services and personalization options, maintains store standards, assists with inventory and POS transactions, and partners with the Alterations Manager to resolve customer issues. Candidates should be able to operate POS terminals, handle transactions accurately, and bring strong communication and problem-solving skills to support a five-star customer experience in a retail apparel environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
