ALTERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Alterations Associate responsibilities include measuring, fitting, marking, and pinning garments to customer specifications; disassembling, sewing and/or reassembling garments per measurements from fittings; repairing damaged merchandise; performing basic to moderately difficult alteration procedures; maintaining a clean department; and delivering friendly customer service with a focus on the customer experience. The role involves using iron and steamer to prepare garments, handling diverse women’s garments (including dresses with beading and tailored pieces), and contributing to a positive store environment with opportunities for growth and benefits.
