Job Summary
Conduct treatment care, basic nursing, and prophylaxis for clients in their homes within the mobile service area around Mosbach. Perform accurate documentation, create individualized care plans, and provide counseling to clients and relatives while collaborating with physicians and therapists. Hold a valid Class B driver's license and work in a stable team with minimal staff turnover.
