Job Summary
Teach snow sports in a safe, fun learning environment while ensuring a positive, memorable experience for athletes and staff. Create quality experiences by showing empathy and care, and demonstrate loyalty to the team and company. Maintain the highest level of professionalism by adhering to uniform requirements and grooming policies. Attend mandatory and optional training clinics and workshops both inside and outside the resort to show interest in snow sports education. Work exclusively with the Alpine Ski Team on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., requiring reliable transportation for navigating snowy conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced skier with an understanding of skiing techniques, skills, competitions (including but not limited to Slalom, Giant Slalom, and Ski Cross), and course setup
- Ability to work well with peers and athletes, with a passion for personal growth in snow sports, and driven to see athletes grow and excel in their chosen discipline
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
