Job Summary
Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities in World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts while maintaining child safety as the top priority. Keep the space clean and organized to foster an environment where kids feel supported and included. Build strong relationships with teammates, families, and school staff. This part-time role fits around the school day with AM (6:30–8:00 am) or PM (2:30–6:00 pm) shifts, Monday through Friday. Requires high school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, 460 verifiable hours with children ages 4+, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
- 18+ years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
- Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)
