Job Summary
Alpha Implementation Test Associate role focusing on end-to-end testing across front, middle, and back-office workflows within large-scale transformation programs. You will represent State Street GCI in client engagements, manage testing resources, lead delivery initiatives, oversee a global team of functional and automation testers, advocate for best practices and testing standards, script and troubleshoot Robotic test automation, and support AI-driven testing strategies. The position requires coordinating with US/UK vendors and SSC clients, with flexible hours to accommodate APAC/UK time zones, and leveraging AI-enabled approaches to improve test coverage, speed, and quality. Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with experience in capital markets and investment banking applications across multiple asset classes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management or Information System Management
- 4-9 years of experience in functional testing
- 3+ years leading project teams across internal and external stakeholder groups
- Hands-on experience with Investment Banking applications across Front Office (CRD), Middle Office, and Back Office
- Proficiency with Test Management Tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and PowerPoint
- Experience with UiPath for test automation
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of AI concepts and AI-driven testing approaches
