Job Summary
Alpha Implementation Test Associate will lead and support automation testing efforts for Alpha implementations, focusing on end-to-end test automation across front, middle, and back-office data flows. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining a modular UiPath-based test automation framework, coordinating with global testing teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and promoting standards and best practices for automation testing aligned with regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes automation-first delivery, reporting, and metrics, with involvement in AI-driven testing methodologies and back-up support to the Automation Test Lead. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work across APAC, UK, and US time zones. Education with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering / science streams
- 4–10 years of Automation testing experience
- Strong experience in UiPath Test Automation and UiPath Orchestrator
- Good Programming skills in C# or Java or Python
- Hands-on experience with Citrix-based applications automation
- Knowledge of AI-driven testing approaches and familiarity with AI concepts
- Proficiency with test management and reporting tools (JIRA, Confluence, SQL, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- 4–10 years of Automation testing experience
- Strong experience in UiPath Test Automation and UiPath Orchestrator
- Programming skills in C# or Java or Python
- Experience automating Citrix-based applications with UiPath
- Knowledge of AI concepts and AI-driven testing approaches
- Experience with test metrics, reporting (JIRA, Confluence, SQL, PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders
- Ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or science streams
- Experience across Capital Markets domain (preferred)
