Job Summary
Hybrid Alpha Data Operations Process Manager role overseeing data operations, ensuring on-time and accurate data delivery to clients, acting as a process/platform SME, leading a team, driving data quality controls using SQL and financial instruments knowledge, and collaborating with Implementation, Service Management and IT teams globally. Responsibilities include root cause analysis of data issues, post-production transition, live process improvements, stakeholder communication, and contributing to product enhancements. Requires fund services experience (Middle Office, Transaction Management, Corporate Actions, Derivatives,Analytics), strong leadership, and English proficiency. Office presence in Krakow or Gdansk with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Data Management, Finance, Business or equivalent
- Typically 5+ years of industry experience across Financial Services, IT or Data fields
- Strong technical skills, e.g. SQL, knowledge of database design, multiple systems flow
- Salesforce application experience – nice to have
- Proficiency in Bloomberg and/or other market data vendors
- Excellent leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- SQL knowledge
- Office presence at least 3 days per week
