Job Summary
Support pupils with autism, communication difficulties, and general additional learning needs through tailored one-to-one and small group support aligned with individual development plans. Deliver differentiated learning activities to boost engagement while promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom inclusion. Foster pupil independence, self-esteem, and social confidence by working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and specialist support professionals. Maintain a calm, patient, and caring approach committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice within a specialist setting for children aged 3–19.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting children or young people with ALN
- A Child and Adult DBS
- Valid ID documents
- Two strong references
