Receive diverse materials from external suppliers and internal sources, verifying them against documentation, communicating divergences, and requesting technical inspections while recording entries in control sheets or computerized systems. Organize the warehouse by storing materials according to approved criteria, observing safety standards, and optimizing available space. Deliver materials to users based on specifications in received requisitions, separating stock items and providing them per instructions while maintaining adequate records. Control inventory levels by analyzing records in sheets or systems, monitoring minimum stock limits, and triggering replenishment requests with Purchasing or Supply when necessary. Conduct rotating inventories as scheduled by the Supply area and submit periodic movement reports to responsible departments. Full-time role with shift availability; intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
