Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving issues and complaints while providing guidance on product or service requests. Document all interactions within the CRM system and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure an optimal customer experience. This role requires excellent German language skills and strong communication abilities, with customer service experience being an advantage. Required Qualifications
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Betreuung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail und Telefon

- Beratung und Unterstützung bei Produkt- oder Serviceanfragen
- Dokumentation von Kundeninteraktionen im CRM-System
