ALM SR Analyst - Treasury & Markets

Evaluate balance dynamics and associated risks using margin metrics, mismatches, sensitivity, and scenario analysis. Monitor and project liquidity across short, medium, and long terms while preparing cash flow projections and funding needs. Participate in financial strategy definition for the ALCO committee, design executive dashboards, and ensure compliance with BCRA regulations. Build financial models and automate processes using GenAI to supervise agent analytics and evolve cash administration through real-time flow monitoring and anomaly detection. Analyze internal pricing, construct transfer rate curves (FTP), and measure the financial impact of new product launches. Interact fluidly with internal stakeholders and external market counterparts. Work remotely or hybrid from anywhere in the country or globally.
