Job Summary
The Asset Liability Management (ALM) division is hiring a Financial Analyst to help drive consistent measurement of returns and understand bank products, pricing, costs, and capital and liquidity requirements. The role provides influence and support to senior management in deploying balance sheet and capital in line with business strategies, with responsibilities that include leading complex projects, and applying analytical and data visualization skills to enable informed decision-making across Finance, Corporate Treasury, and stakeholder groups. The position requires a bachelor’s degree (five+ years of related experience preferred), and offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office expectations of 3+ days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of related experience
- Strong analytical capabilities and technical proficiency in financial analysis and reporting applications
- Ability to lead complex projects from start to finish
- Self-starter with organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills across organization
