Job Summary
Support individuals with age-related or health-related needs in their own homes by assisting with daily household tasks, including grocery shopping, appointment scheduling, and social companionship. Provide mobility support such as organizing clothes and grooming, while avoiding personal hygiene care. Work at least four hours weekly before 6 PM, utilizing the MeinCareship app to manage your own client roster and schedule. Complete a mandatory training program before starting, and maintain a clear criminal record certificate. Earn a base hourly rate of 15€ with potential bonuses up to 18€ per hour based on goal achievement.
Required Qualifications
