Job Summary
Support people with age-related or health-related needs in their daily lives through household assistance, shopping, appointment management, and companionship. Assist with mobility tasks like organizing clothing or combing hair, excluding personal hygiene. Work flexible hours of at least four hours per week before 6 PM, utilizing the MeinCareship app to manage your own client roster. Complete a free daily care training program before starting. Earn a base hourly rate of 15€, with potential bonuses up to 18€ per hour based on goal achievement.
Required Qualifications
