Support individuals with age or health-related needs in daily tasks, including household management, shopping, appointment coordination, and mobility assistance. Provide companionship, cook meals together, and plan leisure activities while maintaining a minimum of four weekly hours. Manage personal schedules through the MeinCareship app to coordinate regular appointments with clients in your local area. This role offers a starting hourly rate of 15€, with potential bonuses up to 18€ per hour. Applicants must possess a clean criminal record, fluent German, and a valid residence permit or EU citizenship. Careship, a Berlin-based social enterprise, provides free training, accident insurance, and 20 vacation days annually.
Required Qualifications
