Job Summary
Support individuals with age-related or health-related needs in daily household tasks, including grocery shopping, appointment coordination, companionship, cooking, and leisure activities. Provide mobility assistance such as organizing clothing or combing hair, while avoiding personal hygiene care. Work flexible hours up to four hours weekly before 6 PM, utilizing the MeinCareship app to manage client schedules. Complete mandatory Careship training before starting. Earn a base hourly rate of 15€, with bonuses up to 18€ per hour based on goal achievement.
Required Qualifications
