Job Summary
Guide residents with limited daily competence to promote their well-being through structured day planning and varied activities that provide security and orientation. Design and lead group and individual offerings to foster social connections and personal skills while supporting new residents in integrating into the community. Participate in festivals, leisure events, and cultural activities to keep daily life vibrant. Communicate with family members, caregivers, and volunteers to ensure holistic care, and document support measures to maintain quality and continuity. Collaborate with nursing staff and therapists to implement individual care plans effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Alltagsbegleiter oder Betreuungskraft nach § 43b SGB XI
- 160 Stunden Schulung
- zweiwöchiges Betreuungspraktikum
