Provide an exceptional customer experience for parents and athletes while working with high-energy individuals passionate about competitive cheer. Develop tailored training plans by collaborating with other coaches to help athletes of varying skill levels reach their full potential. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry, then share that knowledge to foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages growth on and off the mat. This role requires travel between both locations and involves working within a collaborative, creative atmosphere.
