Job Summary
Resolve incidents and queries via phone, chat, email, and on-site visits while processing workstation and smartphone request tickets. Manage meeting rooms and information screens, document processes, and share knowledge with colleagues. Coordinate with vendors for technical tasks and participate in ad-hoc teams during project disruptions or outages. This role requires MBO+/HBO level experience with 3–5 years in IT support, including hands-on Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 skills. A valid driver's license is needed for the Zwolle location. The position offers 40 hours per week with a start date of August 4, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with opportunities for extension.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau
- 3–5 jaar ervaring in een IT-supportfunctie
- Hands-on kennis van Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook) en Windows 11
- Basisbegrip van Endpoint Management-tools (bijv. Intune)
- Ervaring met hardware, software, AV-apparatuur en algemene netwerk/serverbeheer
