Conduct independent renovation, expansion, and repair work across drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, plumbing, and electrical pre-installations. Coordinate daily site schedules, manage material planning and procurement, and oversee quality control while operating machinery and tools safely. Perform mounting of doors, windows, and building elements with a focus on structural integrity and aesthetic standards. Requires Class B driver's license, multiple years of hands-on experience, and physical stamina for full-time work.
