Job Summary
Coordinate daily truck and driver allocations, prepare and manage transport schedules, and maximise fleet utilisation. Manage driver availability, engage subcontractors, and liaise with workshop teams while communicating schedules to drivers. Respond to client requests, monitor CoR and fatigue compliance, and manage incidents and weather disruptions. Maintain records and reporting, and support onboarding and toolbox meetings. Occasional Saturday operational support from home on a rotating basis. This role is part of the growing fleet at Symal Group within the Unyte construction portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Transport Allocator/Fleet Allocator/Logistics Coordinator experience
- Knowledge of CoR, NHVR and fatigue management
- Scheduling systems experience
- Strong organisation and communication
- Problem solving and attention to detail
- Occasional Saturday operational support from home on a rotating basis
