Job Summary
Allocate daily testing schedules to company and contractor field testers in NSW, optimizing resources across the region. Collaborate with customers, internal functions, and the Customer Service Centre to drive positive outcomes for the Technical Operations team. Monitor and review customer bookings to determine testing requirements, including test type, frequency, equipment, and job duration. Liaise regarding new jobs, cancellations, and re-assigned tasks. Manage constant changes and shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while coordinating tasks across multiple team members. Operate Monday to Saturday at the Granville Laboratory.
