Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound calls from drivers, patients, clients, and the public while overseeing the fair, transparent allocation of patient journeys. Replan work assignments when drivers cannot complete their first run and maintain a sub-6% service KPI through efficient team management and process optimization. Collaborate with the Operations Management Team to enhance auto-allocation technology, resolve service issues, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Promote a positive environment for Driver Companions by enforcing fair earning practices and driving accountability through data-driven metrics. Ensure clear communication within the team to minimize breakdowns and support OnCue's mission of delivering compliant, care-led transport services.
Required Qualifications
