Job Summary
Allocate and replenish stock to stores to drive sales and optimise availability while monitoring inventory performance and analysing sales trends. Manage replenishment strategies to maximise sell through, allocate new range indents for seamless product launches, and support new store openings with end-to-end stock coordination. Consolidate inventory across the network, contribute to weekly trade reporting, and partner with planning, buying, and retail teams to ensure smooth stock flow. Monitor inbound receipts, deliveries, and warehouse stock levels to maintain optimal levels. Join a fast-paced retail environment as part of the Accent Group's largest footwear collection.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in allocation, replenishment or merchandise planning
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
