Allocation & Replenishment Analyst - Platypus

Job Summary
Allocate and replenish stock to stores to drive sales and optimise availability while monitoring store stock levels and inventory performance. Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable insights, then manage replenishment strategies to maximise sell through and minimise stock issues. Allocate new range indents to support seamless, on-time product launches and coordinate end-to-end stock for new store openings. Proactively manage stock on hand including consolidation across the network, contribute to weekly trade reporting, and monitor inbound receipts and warehouse stock levels. Partner with Planning, Buying, Retail, stores, warehouse, and customer experience teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in allocation, replenishment or merchandise planning
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
