Job Summary
Execute assortment distribution and monitor inventory productivity against sales, margin, and turnover goals for each store. Manage store capacity, new openings, and special events while maintaining departmental balances down to the SKU level. Analyze sales-to-stock ratios to ensure proper product distribution and reorder, tracking sell-through, DC inventory, and future forecasts. Communicate with store management and merchants regarding product needs, contract levels, and delivery dates to optimize receipt flows and identify liquidation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related allocation/planning professional experience preferred
- Strong competency with MS excel
- Strong competency with the various allocation/planning tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job
- Hybrid role based out of headquarters near Portland, Oregon
- Onsite four days per week
