Job Summary
Inside Sales Representatives will close qualified inbound sales leads via phone and web by delivering an exceptional client experience, perform handoff calls with Design Managers on designated leads, and train/onboard new team members. Responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, following up with web leads, conducting discovery to qualify prospects, overcoming objections, setting qualified appointments for Design Managers, and closing modular office building orders. The role requires a clear speaking voice, goal-oriented teamwork, and the ability to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly lead and revenue targets. The position is onsite in Orange, California with no remote work. Preferred qualifications include a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, 1-2 years of B2B inside sales experience, proficiency with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), and familiarity with MS Office 365 and Google Suite.
