Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to develop recruiting strategies that attract top healthcare talent, while sourcing clinicians through internal databases, job boards, and social media to build a robust pipeline. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to fulfill specific client orders, then negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process. Maintain consistent contact with traveling clinicians on assignment to ensure high service levels and troubleshoot problems with subject matter experts. Consistently meet or exceed established individual and departmental goals by staying informed on industry trends and presenting staffing services as a key resource to healthcare facilities nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a professional business environment
- Strong multi-tasker and problem-solver; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; persuasive and upbeat
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule in order to support client and clinician needs including after hours or on-call duties
