Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers and Account Managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare talent. Source clinicians through internal databases, job boards, and social media to build a pipeline, then screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. Identify specialists in high-demand fields to fulfill specific client orders, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the offer process. Maintain consistent contact with travelers on assignment while troubleshooting problems with subject matter experts. Consistently meet established individual and departmental goals by presenting staffing services as a fundamental resource to healthcare facilities nationwide. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a professional business environment
- Strong multi-tasker and problem-solver; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; persuasive and upbeat
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule in order to support client and clinician needs including after hours or on-call duties
