Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers and Account Managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare talent. Source clinicians through internal databases, job boards, and social media platforms to grow a pipeline of potential candidates, then screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications. Identify clinicians specializing in high-demand fields to fulfill specific client orders, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the offer process. Maintain consistent contact with traveling clinicians while on assignment to keep service levels high, partnering with subject matter experts to troubleshoot problems. Consistently meet or exceed established individual and departmental goals while presenting staffing services as a fundamental resource to healthcare facilities across the nation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a professional business environment
- Strong multi-tasker and problem-solver; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; persuasive and upbeat
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule in order to support client and clinician needs including after hours or on-call duties
