Job Summary
Allied Health Secretary position on campus at Clovis Community College. Full-time receptionist and secretarial support role serving Allied Health faculty, students, clinical partners, and the public. Duties include handling clerical/administrative tasks (requisitions, scheduling, minutes, mailings), managing departmental purchasing/inventory, maintaining records for student documentation and accreditation, coordinating with the Allied Health Clinical Compliance Officer, operating office equipment, and supporting pinning ceremonies. Requires strong customer service, detail orientation, and effective communication with non-technical staff. Must work on campus from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (40 hours/week), with occasional evening/weekend hours. Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent; preferred qualifications include an Associate’s degree and one year of related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel is required; ability to interface with diverse stakeholders is essential.
