Job Summary
Conduct group activities, exercise sessions, and individual treatments as allocated. Prepare therapy areas, equipment, and materials. Assist with patient escorting and transport to the gymnasium and therapy zones. Manage departmental administrative tasks and maintain resources. Inspect and maintain mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment for safety and function. Work under the supervision of an Allied Health practitioner while managing workload demands and priorities. Collaborate effectively with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to deliver patient care at Beleura Private Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work under the supervision of an Allied Health practitioner
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage workload demands and priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellence in customer service
- Flexible positive approach to work
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
