Job Summary
Allied Health Assistant Grade 3 in the Aged and Community Care program, based primarily at the Springvale site with travel between Monash Health locations. Responsibilities include individual and group-based client care in both centre and home settings, operating under the delegation of Allied Health Professionals, and contributing to an interdisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care to adults in inpatient, rehabilitation, or community settings. The role emphasizes proactive collaboration, strong communication, and opportunities for skill and knowledge development within a large health system.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance
- Minimum of 3 years full time experience as an AHA
- Current drivers license
- Working with Children Check
- Relevant experience working with adults within an inpatient, rehabilitation or community setting (desired)
