Job Summary
Senior-level role leading Salesforce Alliances and Partner Sales in Italy. Owns strategic relationships with system integrator partners and resellers in Italy, co-designs joint market strategies around Agentforce and AI, drives partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, enables partner sales and technical teams through trainings and QBRs, and collaborates cross-functionally with Italy field sales, Solutions Engineering, marketing, and industry advisor teams to support customer success, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in partner or alliance management, channel sales, or field sales in Italy
- deep knowledge of the Italian enterprise technology market and key verticals
- Proven ability to drive revenue through system integrator, reseller, or ISV partner models
- C-level stakeholder relationship experience within partner and customer organizations
- Business fluency in Italian and English
