Job Summary
Alliance Partnership Manager to drive growth in Sophos’ cyber insurance ecosystem by cultivating strategic relationships with cyber insurers, brokers, breach counsel, and ecosystem partners. Role involves day-to-day partner management, cross-functional go-to-market collaboration, content and campaigns delivery, KPI tracking (referrals, conversion, panel activity), and ensuring execution to maintain insurer panel presence. The candidate will work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align advisory and incident response services with ecosystem needs, capture partner feedback to influence roadmaps, maintain CRM hygiene, and represent Sophos at industry events. Requires 3–5+ years in alliance management/channel sales/business development/partner marketing in cybersecurity, insurance, or legal industries; familiarity with cyber insurance ecosystems; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, global organization; Salesforce and collaboration tooling proficiency. Remote-first environment with potential hybrid arrangements; must be legally authorized to work in the posting jurisdiction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3–5+ years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, business development, or partner marketing within cybersecurity, insurance, or legal industries
- Familiarity with cyber insurance ecosystem, panel structures, breach response workflows, and decision-makers
- Understanding of cybersecurity services such as MDR, IR, XDR, threat intelligence, and advisory consulting
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage complex partner dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter with ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools (Teams/Zoom)
- Bonus: Experience with insurance brokers or managing relationships with cyber insurers
