Job Summary
Own BDO Digital's Microsoft alliance operations portfolio as the primary subject matter expert across partner programs, tools, processes, incentives, and reporting requirements. Manage alliance governance, scorecard tracking, business reviews, and operational reporting while developing frameworks for account mapping, opportunity management, and incentive execution. Lead the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform to automate repetitive processes, design AI-enabled workflows, and establish best practices for responsible AI adoption. Own administration of Microsoft Partner Center functions, drive PAL and CPOR programs, and manage reporting for investment programs including ECIF, MCI, and BCIF. Build executive dashboards using Power BI to identify trends and provide actionable insights to alliance leadership. Enable broader teams with awareness of Microsoft programs and tools through playbooks, governance models, and training materials. Serve as a trusted advisor across BDO and Microsoft for alliance operations, automation, and data-driven business transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- 5-8+ years of experience in alliance operations, partner management, business operations, program management, project management, or related functions
- Proven experience driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and technology adoption
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple teams and leadership levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Partner Center and Microsoft partner programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft incentives and investment programs including ECIF, MCI, BCIF, AMM, and co-sell motions
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, AI agents, or automation solutions
- Experience building dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI
- Experience working with Dynamics 365, CRM platforms, Workday, or related enterprise business systems
- Microsoft certifications related to Copilot, AI, Power Platform, Azure, Data & AI, or Business Applications
- Experience supporting alliance management, strategic partnerships, or large-scale technology ecosystems
