Job Summary
Lead and manage alliance with an external manufacturing partner for divestment projects; establish integrated project plans, coordinate cross-functional transfer activities, monitor contractual commitments, and ensure compliant, high-quality delivery across internal teams and external partners; requires Master’s degree, strong PM skills, and bilingual French/English in a hybrid Belgium-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field
- Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical industry with significant exposure to cross-functional project delivery
- Strong project management experience including planning, cost control, timelines, change management, procurement, outsourcing, and contracting
- Experience working with external manufacturing, transfer activities, or related operational programs; transfer management experience is an advantage
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Clear communication skills in French and English, with confidence working across functions and cultures
- Solid technical understanding, good judgment, and a focus on ethical, compliant, and high-quality delivery
