Job Summary
Allergy Territory Account Specialist – Phoenix, AZ: Field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in an assigned geography. Lead with purpose to deliver tailored access solutions and drive patient outcomes across virtual and in-person engagements. Develop strategic territory plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and navigate market dynamics to drive product demand. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in healthcare/pharma sales, with significant travel (60-80%), a valid driver’s license, and residence within or near the territory. Travel and field coordination with field teams and home-office functions are essential, with driving as a key function. Salary ranges by level are provided, and visa sponsorship is not available. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years
- Proven track-record of high-performance in selling to large accounts and key customers
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60-80%
- Ability to reside within territory or within ~50 miles of territory border
