Allergy Technician- Winston Salem (47920)

Greet, room, and prepare patients for allergy testing and immunotherapy. Administer allergy tests and subcutaneous injections while monitoring reactions and adjusting dosing as needed. Mix allergenic extracts for subcutaneous and sublingual immunotherapy, perform blood draws for labs and RAST testing, and document encounters in the EHR. Educate patients on treatment plans and in-home injection techniques, triage messages, and maintain logs for medication expiration and safety standards. Schedule appointments, manage work queues, stock supplies, and support new employee training. Collaborate with providers and clinical leaders, traveling to other PENTA locations as required.
