Allergy Technician

Document immunotherapy patient progress and identify, evaluate, and administer allergy injections and vial challenges. Answer allergy department phone calls, counsel patients with arm reactions, and schedule testing and ongoing immunotherapy ordered by physicians. Conduct percutaneous and intradermal allergy testing, scan results into the EMR, and mix vials prior to scheduled appointments. Perform clerical duties including creating endpoint sheets, compiling serum lists, preparing mailings, and completing superbills. Work a day shift Monday through Friday with variable shifts.
