Allergy Tech / Certified Medical Assistant

Perform allergy testing, document results, and administer immunotherapy while monitoring patients post-procedure. Order, mix, and maintain allergen extract and immunotherapy vials in compliance with USP 797 Regulations and practice protocols. Verify insurance, schedule patients, triage inquiries, and notify patients of co-payments or documentation requirements. Check exam room equipment, ensure emergency medications are available, and provide patient education on testing and post-injection expectations. Collaborate with physicians to support treatment plans and maintain accurate medical records. Adhere to infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines while ensuring all rooms are clean and stocked.
