Allergy Manager

Oversee daily operations of the allergy testing and immunotherapy program in an ENT practice, supervising staff, coordinating allergy testing procedures (skin prick and intradermal testing), and SCIT preparation/administration. Ensure proper patient screening, consent, and documentation; monitor for adverse reactions and follow emergency protocols. Lead staff training and supervision of allergy technicians/nursing staff; manage inventory, serum ordering, and storage with temperature monitoring. Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA (if applicable), HIPAA, and state medical board regulations; maintain accurate records and immunotherapy logs; support audits and quality-improvement initiatives. Coordinate patient education and workflow within the allergy clinic; collaborate with physicians on treatment plans and patient progress. Proficiency with EHR systems and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment. CPR/BLS certification is required; LPN/RN/CMA/RMA or equivalent certification preferred.
