Job Summary
Conduct patient-centered allergy and asthma care within a multidisciplinary setting alongside experienced dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants. Deliver exceptional patient experiences with empathy and expertise while utilizing streamlined immunotherapy support and a shared lab for food and aeroallergen mixing. Collaborate in a fast-paced environment to shape the future of integrated specialty care as the Allergy & Immunology division expands to over 50 clinics by 2026. Full-time role with a base salary of $300,000-325,000+ and bonus structure for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Allergists.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Allergy and Immunology
- Experienced in patient-centered allergy and asthma care
- Must be able to deliver outstanding patient experiences with empathy and expertise
- Must bring strong clinical judgment and a collaborative spirit
- Must be able to communicate clearly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Must be able to inspire others through mentorship and leadership (for those in management or training roles)
