Job Summary
Oversees all daily operations of the Allen Creek Soccer Complex, including facility operations, scheduling for practices, games, and tournaments; supervises maintenance personnel and grounds/turf management; manages budgets and revenues; conducts safety inspections and ensures compliance with standards; develops emergency action plans; provides professional customer service and on-call support; requires ability to perform heavy physical work and occasional night/weekend hours; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred with several years of supervisory and turf/grounds experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation & Parks Administration, Public or Business Administration, Turfgrass Science, Agronomy, or a related field preferred
- Five (5) years of facility management, parks operations, or recreation experience preferred
- At least two (2) years of turf or grounds operations experience preferred
- At least three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- EPA Pesticide Applicator's Permit preferred
