Job Summary
Facility Manager oversees all operations of the Allen Creek Soccer Complex, including facility operations, scheduling, turf/grounds management, events/tournaments, budgeting, maintenance, safety, and emergency planning; requires leadership with hands-on duties, on-call for events, and night/weekend work; supports customer service and contractual adherence for concessions and partnerships; strong planning, supervisory, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation & Parks Administration, Public or Business Administration, Turfgrass Science, Agronomy, or a related field preferred
- Five (5) years of facility management, parks operations, or recreation experience preferred
- At least two (2) years of turf or grounds operations experience preferred
- At least three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- EPA Pesticide Applicator's Permit preferred
