Conduct anesthesia coverage for heavy orthopedic cases with no OB, open hearts, or transplants, working alongside two physicians and two to three CRNAs. Manage daily shifts of 10 or 12 hours across a rotating schedule, including M-Th 7a-5p, F 7a-7p, and weekend coverage with beeper calls. Provide patient care under supervision while navigating credentialing and licensing support through dedicated specialty consultants.
